aLEX SOBRADO
DIRECTOR, INVESTMENTS

Alex Sobrado serves as a Director for Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Financial Officer, Alex is involved in strategic planning, acquisition, budgeting, development, leasing, operations and reporting related to the company’s platform and assets. 

Prior to joining Phase 3 in 2018, Alex was a Senior Equity Research Associate at Brandes Investment Partners, an investment management firm with approximately $30B in AUM. At Brandes, he was responsible for identifying and analyzing potential public equity investments within the Oil & Gas, Consumer, and Healthcare sectors. 

Alex obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is currently in the process of obtaining his CFA. In his free time, Alex volunteers for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and serves as an advisor to a microfinance organization located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
