DAVID BRACKEN
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Dave Bracken currently serves as the Executive Vice President – Investments and Development for Phase 3’s East Coast region. With a background spanning over 20 years in real estate investments and development, Dave has played a pivotal role in steering the development of more than 16 million square feet of diverse real estate assets. His experience includes commercial, mixed-use, residential, retail, and life science projects, with notable contributions in major cities such as Boston, Cambridge, West Palm Beach, and Phoenix.

Before joining Phase 3, Dave led Bracken Development, where he guided multiple development projects through the complex Boston permitting process. He also held leadership positions at renowned firms such as The HYM Investment Group and The Related Companies.

Dave received his MBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a BA in Pre-Architecture from Middlebury College. Notably, Mr. Bracken was a member and captain of Middlebury College’s ice hockey team, where they won three NCAA National Championships.
