Dawn Derouin

Dawn Derouin serves as Property Administrator at GENESIS San Diego within Phase 3 Real Estate Partner’s portfolio where she provides corporate and property management administrative support.

Prior to joining Phase 3, Dawn established standardized and time-saving administrative practices in the health and wellness industry. In this capacity, she emphasized client satisfaction with a purpose-driven focus on developing long-term productive and authentic relationships with individual clients.

She has spent several years managing projects, developing school programs and teaching with a local non-profit institution as well as providing leadership, staff development and training with big box retailers.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Michigan State University and obtained her CELTA certification in 2015 while residing in Hanoi, Vietnam. She is a natural history enthusiast and enjoys identifying rocks and minerals with her two nieces.
