GANNON DEPETRIS
DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT

Gannon Depetris is a Director with Phase 3 Real Estate Partners and manages projects in the Northeast region. Gannon has 5 plus years of experience in the construction industry, including time spent working for a nationally ranked specialty subcontractor & ENR top ranked large commercial general contractor. His role involves managing the design, permitting, and construction process for capital projects and tenant improvements of various sizes.

Gannon has previous experience specializing in ground-up & TI construction in complex urban markets such as San Francisco, San Diego, & Phoenix. He has served roles as both cost estimator & project manager for projects in the life science, retail, restaurant, hospitality, government, & technology construction markets.  

Gannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He currently lives in Boston with his wife and enjoys spending time outside hiking/skiing with his extended family in NH whenever he has a chance to do so.
