GRAHAM BEATTY
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Graham Beatty serves as the Chief Financial Officer for P3RE. He is an investment professional with a focus on private equity, deal structuring and development. Graham has a passion for working with complicated projects and organizing complex problems into actionable strategies.  

Graham’s real estate career began with Equity Office Properties as an analyst. After EOP was acquired by Blackstone, Graham joined Lasalle Investment Management as a Senior Financial Analyst with the Income and Growth Fund. At LIM he covered office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties across major markets and executed fund level analysis and strategy.  Following business school, Graham joined Sitex Group, a value add industrial real estate firm as the Vice President of Acquisitions. 

Prior to joining P3RE, Graham was the Director of Finance and Project Management at Poseidon Water, a water infrastructure development firm.  He was responsible for permitting, financing, and project management for two seawater desalination projects located in California, with a special focus on public private partnerships.

Graham has a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard College and a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He lives in Oceanside, California with his wife and twin boys and is likely the tallest surfer in San Diego.
