JP VENUTI, CPA
VICE PRESIDENT, CAPITAL CONTROLLER

JP Venuti serves as the Vice President for Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. He is responsible for the overall portfolio-tier entities of our real estate platform and all capital activity including capital calls, loan draws, distributions, entity financial statements, budgets, REIT compliance, bank accounts, and corporate fee management.

JP’s real estate career began at Texas-based Oldham Goodwin Group, where he became Vice President of Accounting & Administration, overseeing all accounting for the full-service real estate brokerage, management & development firm. Prior to joining Phase 3, JP worked for Brookfield Properties as the Controller overseeing accounting for Brookfield’s mixed-use development, including Fifth + Broadway, the largest mixed-use development project in Nashville’s history.

JP has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University and received his Certified Public Accountant designation from the State of Texas. In his free time, he enjoys watching Padres baseball and going to the beach with his wife.
