KYLE DEMERS, CPA
SR. ASSOCIATE, PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS

Kyle Demers serves as a Senior Associate for Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. He is involved in the portfolio’s reporting, leasing, development, budgeting, financing, and acquisition activities.

Prior to joining P3RE, Kyle was a Senior Associate within the Financial Markets practice at PwC, specializing in valuation and advisory services to institutional real estate investors for transactional and financial reporting purposes.

Kyle graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, and a Master of Science in Accounting. Kyle is a licensed CPA in the state of Massachusetts. He lives in San Diego and enjoys spending his free time golfing or surfing.
