KYLE MARRS
SENIOR ASSOCIATE, DEVELOPMENT

Kyle Marrs serves as a Senior Associate for Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. His role involves developing design documents, coordinating with design and contractor teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring completion of project milestones.

Prior to joining Phase 3, Kyle worked for Nova Partners, Inc. a third-party Construction Management firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. His role involved all parts of the real estate development process, including managing design, construction, permitting, lease negotiations, and move-in/fit up of life science and health care projects. Before Nova Partner’s, Kyle worked for Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company and built large Ground up Tech Buildings in the Silicon Valley.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Real Property Development from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo University. He also has California Real Estate License. He resides in San Francisco and enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, reading, and cooking with his wife.
