EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, NORTHEAST REGION

Morgan has over 15 years of real estate experience in leasing, development, asset management, acquisitions and business development. He focused exclusively in the Life Science sector, covering the Northeast regions of New York, North Carolina (RTP) with a primary attention in the Greater Boston Area.

In his current role as EVP Northeast, Morgan is responsible for the oversight of acquisitions, leasing, and overall asset management of the Boston portfolio. Prior to joining P3RE, Morgan was a Senior Director at BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw leasing and asset management. Morgan began his career in Boston working for Suffolk Construction in various capacities including site superintendent, project management and business development.

Morgan played Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse and graduated from University of Delaware with a degree in Business Management. He also holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License.
