PHIL MARCOTTY

Phil Marcotty is a Director with Phase 3 Real Estate Partners and manages projects in the Northeast region. Phil has 15+ years of experience in real estate focusing primarily on the management and design of life science projects; his prior experience as an HVAC design engineer and Engineering Project Manager gives him a unique perspective on the challenges associated with these infrastructure heavy projects.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and is a licensed HVAC Engineer in the State of Massachusetts. He lives in Boston and enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
