RUSTON KEENE
ASSOCIATE, DEVELOPMENT

Ruston Keene serves as a development associate for Phase 3 Real Estate Partners and manages projects in the Northeast region. His role involves overseeing the design, permitting, and construction process for capital projects and tenant improvements of various sizes. Ruston has 5 years of experience in the construction and development industry and has worked on various notable projects in Boston.

Prior to joining Phase 3, Ruston worked as a project manager for national contractor AECOM Tishman on a 16-acre, 250k sf life science campus redevelopment, as well as a 48-story residential tower in downtown Boston. Before that, Ruston worked at BXP during his time at Northeastern University in their co-op program, where he was involved in the massive $1.6b Hub on Causeway mixed-use development in Boston. His experience also includes construction disputes & advisory while at consulting company Ankura.

Ruston holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He currently lives in Boston and enjoys playing hockey, golf, guitar, and exploring the city.
